When I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant I asked other moms and searched online on how to lose belly fat because I knew it was inevitable. From being 90 lbs I went to 125 lbs and I knew then losing weight and getting back in shape will be a problem. I was right. It is hard. I have a list of things and exercises to do to supposedly get rid of the fat around my belly but nothing works so far. Must be because I don’t do any of the said exercises regularly or maybe because I eat too much. Whatever the reason I still have the same problem I had for three years. It is disgusting to look at but I am trying to accept the “new” me anymore. I mean, instead of being disappointed all the time I just have to think of this as another phase in my life. Maybe it will work that way
